Software Engineer

I’m Andrew. I’m a software engineer and the person behind A5 Software LLC.

I’ve always liked taking complicated things apart and finding a simpler way to put them back together. These days, that means building production software for small businesses and product teams. My recent work includes multi-tenant SaaS, booking and media delivery, payments, and a mobile app that analyzes photos on-device.

I work mostly in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, with Java and Rust when the problem calls for them. The technology matters, but I care more about whether the result is reliable, understandable, and genuinely useful to the people depending on it.

I’m completing my B.S. in Software Development with a minor in Cybersecurity at Grand Canyon University in August 2026.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and new dad. Most of my time is split between family, building software, and finding some new problem I want to understand.
